I think the Class of 1983 has slipped away. I occasionally check this website hoping to catch some kind of news pertaining to our class but as always, nothing. I hope all my fellow classmates of 1983 are doing well.

The passing of Anne L. Rogers, Class of '78. It's with great sadness that I share the news of the untimely passing of my beloved big sister. ‎She passed away on September 16, 2018 in Taylor Mill, Ky unexpectedly. Anne was a proud-proud CardinalCheerleader, Wrestlette, Rhythmette and Daisy Chain as well as Thespian and Glee Club and was always seeking to reconnect with her classmates through The Chatter. She went on to distinguished leadership in her business career along with a philanthropic impact in her adopted hometown of Northern Kentucky. She was instrumental in the founding of Communicating the Power org (cp1ip.info) -- the inner city mission honoring our fathers commitment to Community Oriented Policing. She was taken too soon and is buried at Arlington Memorial Gardens (Compton Rd.) in the Garden of the 23rd Psalm along with our father, Col. Howard L. Rogers, retired Cincinnati Police Asst. Chief. and Chief of Evanston, Illinois PD.

The Class of 1968 Had a memorable, wonderful evening October 6th to Celebrate our 50th Class Reunion. The wonderful folks at Pebble Creek Golf and Event Center provided the perfect venue for our gathering. Accommodations, Food and Drink were the perfect complements to our event. Teresa Herrmann was our host and a delight to work with, to the point of taking time from her family on Saturday to ensure all the details were covered. Special thanks to Mr Craig Ulland, Athletic Director who arranged the Home Coming and School Tour, and arranged for Mr. Joe Pollett, Assistant Principal to guide the School Tour, Joe did a fantastic job as he was very knowledgeable and gracious with his time. I believe we all had a wonderful evening. The photo booth was a well used hit, Music donated by Henry Sajnog complemented the evening in every way, Thank you Henry & Claudia (Shelton) Sajnog for the gift of music. One sweet item that evening were special cookies provided by Little Dutch Bakery, Covered in Deep Red Icing. A Large Capital "C" in Black and the "68" in White icings, none were left at the end of the evening. To all who attended the Reunion Committee is thankful for your attendance, to those who missed the evening we wish you could have been there with us. Finally I want to take a moment to thank the committee. To Margie (Sterwerf) Obert (Committee Chairwoman) and Jan (Wilson) Corico, thank you "kick starting" the committee, to Cindy (Neyer) Bosse, Rita Eschenbrenner) Frey, Eve (Laake) Hallbach, Robert Jaent, Claudia (Shelton) Sajnog, Lori (Skogen) Stahl, and Barb Vaccariello thank you for your tireless efforts to make this Reunion a success. I was fortunate to work with this group and we had a blast. Ed Lyon
